Due to the large volume of applications we receive each year, please do not provide additional paper copies in person, via mail, or fax, as we will only consider applications submitted through WECAN.
Application Checklist
All candidates who have been selected for an interview must attach the documents listed below to their WECAN application or bring them to the interview. The Application for Employment contains five standard pages and one or more supplemental pages depending on the position applied for. Please review the requirements for each position carefully and only complete the pages required. Please be aware that official transcripts will be required if offered a position.

Teacher and Administrator, including Substitute Teacher
Instructional Assistants (Aides), including Instructional Assistant Substitutes
Food Service Workers, including Food Service Substitutes
Custodial/Maintenance, including Custodial/Maintenance Substitutes

Community Education Staff, including Substitutes
This classification includes teachers, and other support staff hired on a temporary and casual basis to conduct classes offered by the District's Community Services Department.
General Support Staff, including General Support Staff Substitutes
This classification includes secretaries, administrative assistants, computer technicians, nurses, health room assistants, business office staff, and any other position not specified above.
