Jessica Woznicki, Assistant Principal (Underfill)
With 18 years of experience in education, Mrs. Woznicki brings a deep passion for fostering academic excellence and supporting the whole child. She has proudly served the Brown Deer Elementary School community for the past 10 years, after beginning her career in Milwaukee Public Schools and local charter schools. Throughout her career, Mrs. Woznicki has remained committed to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff. She believes in creating a positive and inclusive school culture where every scholar feels seen, heard, and supported both academically and socially-emotionally.
Mrs. Woznicki earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s Degree in the Art of Education from Mount Mary College. She is currently pursuing her Principal and Director of Instruction License at Alverno College, further preparing herself to lead with vision and impact.
In her new leadership role, Mrs. Woznicki looks forward to continuing to strengthen connections within the Brown Deer community and supporting the growth of all scholars through meaningful relationships and high expectations.
