School District of Brown Deer - Facilities and Grounds

The School District of Brown Deer's Facilities and Grounds Department is a team of 22 dedicated men and women who provide a clean and safe learning environment for our students, staff and community. Our campus is made up of 63 acres which not only include the classroom spaces within our school buildings, but also outdoor learning spaces, courts, fields and a pool. Our custodial and maintenance staff work tirelessly to keep these areas in the best possible condition now and for future generations.

Facilities Requests

Facilities and Grounds now have a new process for requesting facilities usage. The new system aligns with the Athletics facility requesting system and calendar.

Any individual who would like to request the use of Brown Deer Schools facilities will need to make that request through RSchoolToday.

For new registrants, you will have to create an account by clicking on the "Become a Requester" button on the right side of the page. If you have previously submitted any facilities requests this year in School Dude, rest assured that those requests have been transferred, and no further action is required.
