Three seats will be on the ballot to elect Brown Deer Board of Education Members. The spring election is held on the first Tuesday in April, Wis. Stat. 5.02(21), which is Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Winners of these seats will serve three-year terms beginning April 28, 2025.

The District Office, located at 8200 N. 60th Street, Brown Deer, WI; 53223, shall be the designated filing location for all forms, petitions, oaths of office, and other filings related to the School Board elections. The District Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The filing office will be closed November 28-29, 2024, December 24, 25, 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025. The filing office will be open until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2025, for the candidate filing deadline. Who is eligible to be a candidate?
All candidates must meet the age and residency requirements established for the office to which they are seeking election. A candidate for school district office must be a qualified elector of the school district at the time of filing a Declaration of Candidacy (EL-162sd). Wis. Stats. §§120.05(1)(d), 120.06(2), (6)(b)2. 120.06(7)(a). Therefore, a candidate for school board must have satisfied the 28-day residency requirement before filing a Declaration of Candidacy (EL-162sd).
Annual Compensation for the School District of Brown Deer Board of Education Members is $3,100 for 2023-2024.
